Our Guarantee

For fee-based projects with a defined scope of work, we provide 30-day no-cost configuration support.

We do not consider the job done until it is fully configured to your needs. For 30 days after the initial completion of our work, we provide configuration support on your new systems within our scope at no cost so you can rest assured that your system will do everything that you intended it to do. For hourly-rate based projects, regular rates apply.

Fees

When you hire us to work for you, we guarantee that we will fully complete the scope of work that we work with you to create. For most projects with a defined scope of work, we work on a flat-fee basis. We feel that this gives our clients the comfort of knowing that they can complete their work within a predefined budget. For troubleshooting projects or other projects that often involve pre-existing circumstances beyond our control, we typically work at an hourly rate.

We Work Exclusively For You

We are not a reseller of any equipment and do not partner with any vendors. We work exclusively on your behalf and have no financial interest in your purchasing any specific brand or type of equipment. We often coordinate and manage relationships between our clients and vendors and arrange purchases for you, but we do not receive any commission or collect any compensation if and when you make purchases. For these reasons, we do not act as intermediaries in financial transactions.
